So Pancakes nails are a little overgrown! They're also very sharp! Let's just say she's very fond of climbing my arms, and I've got some scars to prove it 
So in an effort to keep her nails short and worn down, I discovered something I thought I'd share!
So in most pet stores, and even some Wal Marts, you will be able to find "tunnels" that have no bottoms. The one I currently have is an orange one (I believe it's Snak Shak, but I could be mistaken!) made from alfalfa hay that I found at Wal Mart for around $5 USD. It's basically ground alfalfa hay pressed into the tunnel shape to create a hard tunnel with a very coarse texture. Pancake didn't care much for it as a tunnel, so I decided because of its texture, flipping it over would allow her to grind down her nails! And guess what? She absolutely loves it! Not only is it fun to climb on, she is able to use it almost as a little see-saw! I just thought I would let you all know if you're like me and are having trouble finding a space for a rock in your cage! I'm sure I'm not the first one to figure this out, but I thought it would be worth sharing!
